قال القيادي في الحراك الجنوبي عبدالرحمن الوالي انه لا امل في منظومة الحكومة الشرعية مشيرا إلى ان الانتقالي فشل في توحيد العصابات التي تحكم عدن اليوم.
وقال الوالي مضيفا بالقول :"لا أمل في الشرعية ولصوصها وهذا امر واضح، هؤلاء بضاعة عفاش ولا يبدو انهم يريدون العوده للحق، ولازال البعض يرى أمل بالانتقالي ولكنه اضاع البوصله، هل يستطيع الانتقالي توحيد المليشيات العصابات تحت قيادته ويتحمل افعالها؟ هل يحاسب اولا ثم اولا مليشياته وانصاره ممن بسطوا ونهبوا وتبلطجوا؟
