تقدمت مجموعة من الحمير تظاهرة حاشدة في عدن يوم الأحد في واقعة نادرة ضمن وقائع تزايد حدوثها مؤخرا في عدن .
ونظم آهالي منطقة شعب العيدروس صباح يوم الأحد تظاهرة سلمية أمام مقر مؤسسة المياه إحتجاجاً على انقطاع الماء عن المنطقة لفترة طويلة.
وتأتي هذه المظاهرة بعد انخفاض منسوب حاد للمياه عن منطقتهم لمدة دامت لسنوات عديدة وعدم إيصال الماء إلى المنازل .
وطالب المتظاهرون بإقالة مدير مؤسسة المياه فتحي علوي السقاف ومأمور مدير مديرية صيرة خالد سيدو كما طالبوا بإيجاد حل جذري للحد من أزمة المياه التي تشهدها منطقتهم.
وعبر المتظاهرون عن استيائهم من مدير مؤسسة المياه ومأمور مديرية صيرة نتيجة إستمرار معاناتهم التي تلاحقهم لسنوات طويلة دون أي رد أو حس إنساني أو أي حل.
وناشد المتظاهرون الجهات المعنية بسرعة إيجاد الحلول وضخ كمية هائلة إلى البرزخ حتى يتم إيصال الماء إلى جميع المنازل.

On Sunday morning, the people of Al Aidarous Shaab area organized a peaceful demonstration in front of the Water Corporation’s headquarters to protest the long-term cut off of water in the area.
This demonstration comes after a sharp drop in the water level in their area, which lasted for many years, and the failure to deliver water to homes.
The demonstrators demanded the dismissal of the director of the Water Corporation, Fathi Alawi Al-Saqqaf, and the director of the Directorate of Sira Khaled Sido, as well as demanding a radical solution to reduce the water crisis in their region.
The demonstrators expressed their dissatisfaction with the director of the Water Corporation and the director of the Sirah District, as a result of their continued suffering that haunted them for many years without any response, human feeling, or any solution.
The demonstrators called on the concerned authorities to quickly find solutions and pump a huge amount into the source so that water can be delivered to all homes.
