تفاعل ناشطون عُمانيون بموقع “تويتر” بشكل كبير مع صور ومقاطع متداولة لمواطن عُماني، يشبه السلطان الراحل قابوس بن سعيد بدرجة كبيرة جعلته محط أنظار العُمانيين. وأظهرت المقاطع والصور المتداولة عماني يدعى منصور بن خلفان الفوري، نسخة طبق الأصل من السلطان قابوس في هيئته التي اعتاد عليها العمانيون قبل مرضه.
وكتبت ناشطة معلقة على الشبه الكبير بين السلطان الراحل قابوس والشيخ منصور بن خلفان:”منصور الفوري، شبيه السلطان قابوس طيب الله ثراه ،،سبحان الله، يخلق من الشبه 40″.
وغردت ناشطة أخرى:”منصور بن خلفان الفوري شبيه أبونا السلطان قابوس طيب الله ثراه* فعلا ما شاء الله تبارك الله”بينما قالت ناشطة عمانية تدعى “عائشة”:”قابوس نادر في كل شي حتى اشباهه لايوجد له شبيه.
Omani activists, on Twitter, have interacted widely with pictures and clips circulated of an Omani citizen, much like the late Sultan Qaboos Bin Saeed, which made him the focus of attention of Omanis. The clips and pictures circulated by an Omani named Mansour Bin Khalfan Al-Furi showed a true copy of Sultan Qaboos in his form that the Omanis were accustomed to before his illness.
An activist hanging on the great resemblance between the late Sultan Qaboos and Sheikh Mansour bin Khalfan wrote: “Mansour Al-Furri, similar to Sultan Qaboos, may God bless him, glory be to God, created from the likeness of 40 ″.
Another activist tweeted: “Mansour Bin Khalfan Al-Furi, similar to our father Sultan Qaboos, may God bless him * Indeed, what God wills, may God bless,” while an Omani activist called “Aisha” said: “Qaboos is rare in everything, even something like him.
