أكد البرلماني الجنوبي الدكتور عبدالرحمن الوالي انه من الطبيعي ان يقف غالبية شعب الجنوب مع المجلس الانتقالي رغم خلاف البعض معه عقب اعلان الشرعية ان هدفها ضد الجنوب وليس ضد المجلس .
وقال في تغريدة له ان اعلان الشرعية الحرب الجنوب واحراق العلم الجنوبي يجعل غالبية الشعب يقف الى جانب الانتقالي.
وكتب تغريدة قال فيها:لازلنا على قناعتنا ان اكثر من 90 % من شعب الجنوب هدفهم الاستقلال،والخلاف هو حول الطريقة وكيف الآلية.
وتابع:حاليا جحافل الشرعية تعلن هدف علنا ضد الجنوب بل وتحرق علم الجنوب فمن الطبيعي ان تقف الاغلبية مع الانتقالي حتى المختلفين معه.
وبين الوالي ان الذي يشتم استقلال الجنوب وعلم الجنوب يخسر اغلبية الجنوب.
