قدم الناشط السياسي الجنوبي هاني علي سالم البيض ملاحظات عدة على الإدارة الذاتية للجنوب التي اعلنها المجلس الانتقالي الجنوبي.
وقال البيض في تغريدات على صفحته بموقع "تويتر": مشروع الإدارة الذاتية كان قرار سياسي ووطني ومطلب جماهيري ولابد من الانتصار له والسير فيه بنجاح وهذا يتطلب جهود استثنائية وعمل احترافي اختصاصي ومؤسساتي.
ولفت إلى أن "واهم ملاحظاتي السابقة كانت: ايجاد فريق خبراء اداري ومالي واستشاري بدوره يشكل الجهاز التنفيذي بتخصصاته المطلوبة من المستويات العليا للدنيا ودون تضخم في مستوياته.
وأردف: فصل الوظيفة السياسية عن العمل الاقتصادي والاداء الإداري والفني والقانوني.
وأشار إلى أن دور الانتقالي الإشراف والتوجيه من خلال دائرة ضيقة تتبع قيادة المجلس.
وأضاف: هيكلة المؤسسات القائمة في الجنوب بما يضمن فعاليتها وأداءها المطلوب والاستفادة من الكوادر والكفاءات الجيدة.
وتابع: تجفيف منابع الفساد وتعزيز الدور الرقابي وتفعيل ورش العمل لخلق ثقافة وطنية تهدف لإشراك اكبر قدر من الجماهير لتحمل المسوولية الوطنية والبناء في هذه الظروف الاستثنائية.
